Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Reporting: Provide exceptional leadership and reporting skills to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Comprehensive Operational Oversight: Oversee all operational aspects of events, including venue setup, catering, and logistics.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality standards are met in all aspects of event planning and execution.
  • Coordination & Optimization: Coordinate with internal teams to optimize event planning and execution, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Culture & Development: Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, driving innovation and growth in event planning and execution.
  • Talent Management: Develop and manage a team of event coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional event delivery.
  • Duty Management: Manage event duties, including setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring seamless event delivery.
  • DriveProfit: Drive revenue growth through effective event planning and execution, ensuring maximum profitability.
