Position Overview:

In this role, you will develop and manage various HR processes and policies, providing daily HR support and solutions aimed at attracting, managing, developing, motivating, and retaining talent to meet business objectives in alignment with overarching HR strategies, best practices, and applicable legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and insights on diverse HR matters to business leaders and staff.
  • Handle complex and non-standard HR tasks, including legal consultations and data trend analysis, necessitating thorough research.
  • Ensure effective communication and adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Global Compensation & Benefits Team to assess and classify roles both internally and externally.
  • Oversee the annual merit review and bonus calculation processes for the UK.
  • Manage local Long-Term Incentive plans, including adjustments for new hires, departures, and unique situations.
  • Partner with the Payroll Officer and UK HMRC to ensure compliance with legal standards and accurate payroll processing.
  • Administer HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Conduct analysis and reporting on personnel costs and HR metrics, as well as prepare performance scorecards.
  • Identify and implement enhancements to streamline administrative processes.
  • Engage with tax and legal professionals to ensure compliance with regulations and stay informed on legislative changes.
  • Manage third-party vendors, ensuring budgetary efficiency and effective contract negotiations.
  • Maintain compliant and current contract and offer documentation that reflects company policies and local laws.
  • Design and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance and providing communication resources to the organization.
  • Oversee the management of employee benefits, including health, vehicle, and additional perks.

Candidate Profile:

  • Essential HR Generalist experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or HR certification required.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Exposure to all key HR processes, including Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Able to work independently within the HR team, demonstrating the ability to deliver results effectively.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Experience in delivering organizational change initiatives.
  • Ability to introduce innovative ideas to enhance the experience for managers and employees.
