**Employee Relations Service Delivery**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Employee Relations professional to join our team at Connells Group. As a Building Performance Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering a first-class customer-focused Employee Relations service to our colleagues across the business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide specialist support and advice to colleagues on Employee Relations matters, predominantly via telephone.
- Deliver coaching and guidance to line managers on how to approach difficult conversations and provide expert input on challenging cases.
- Consistently deliver a professional and proactive approach, enabling managers to achieve their objectives through coaching and the provision of ER advice that is prompt, persuasive, effective, and evaluates risk.
- Support the implementation of new ER policies and procedures and provide training to ER Advisors.
- Collaborate with the Group Organizational Change Team on Group-wide project implementation.
- Manage Employee Relations case management, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence, ill health, flexible working, redundancy, contractual changes, and management of Employment Tribunal Claims.
- Plan and organize to ensure delivery of results.
**Requirements**
