About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Building Performance Specialist to join our team in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the collection, analysis, and reporting of safety, health, and environmental data. You'll work closely with our Routes, Regions, and Functions teams to deliver impactful performance reporting that contributes to the national health, safety, and environmental picture.

You'll have a strong background in data analysis and reporting, with excellent communication and people management skills. You'll be able to manage a small team and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality reports and insights that drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Data Management & Reporting: Lead the way in ensuring our safety, health, and environmental data is accurate, timely, and insightful. You'll manage accident and incident data, transforming raw information to shape future decisions.
  2. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the go-to expert for health and safety data, collaborating closely with line managers and external organisations to ensure continuous improvement and to add value.
  3. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Produce comprehensive reports and performance indicators that give a clear picture of safety performance, helping to drive continuous improvement. Conduct in-depth, tailored data analysis for specific and ad-hoc requests, delivering valuable insights that shape strategic decisions and foster positive change.
