Building Performance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Advisor to join our HR team at HRLife Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advice to senior leaders and managers on complex employee relations issues, including employment legislation, policy, and best practice.
- Identify, assess, manage, resolve, and mitigate risk associated with employee relations cases.
- Develop and deliver training programs on HR-related matters, including investigations, disciplinary procedures, grievances, appeals, and UK employment legislation.
- Create documentation and resources to support training and development initiatives.
- Ensure that policies and procedures are aligned with best practice and support the delivery of excellent employee relations outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a multi-site or blue-collar environment, with a track record of dealing with high-volume, complex employee relations cases.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, policy, and best practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide advice to all levels of the organization.
- Highly tenacious and resilient, with the ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
- CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent.
We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days spent in our Milton Keynes office and 2 days working from home.
