Primary Purpose
To drive business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key national and pan-European accounts.
To identify, pursue, and close strategic sales opportunities, and to manage the roll-out and further penetration of these accounts.
Key Accountabilities
- Meet and exceed annual target revenue, profit, and unit growth.
- Develop and execute a pipeline growth strategy to increase prospective sales opportunities.
- Manage and develop existing accounts to secure and penetrate new business.
- Meet and fulfill customer expectations and applications.
- Manage and coordinate the tender process to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Build internal and external relationships to influence support and maximize sales.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Business Management - BS/BA Degree or equivalent.
- Complex solution selling and structured sales approach.
- Product, application, and industry knowledge.
- Professional sales experience involving major accounts or corporations with proven results.
- Creative and persistent business development skills.
- Presentation and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Experience with responding to tender requests, national and pan-European.
- Industry relevance - Government and Rental.
