Job Description

Primary Responsibilities

To drive business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key national and pan-European accounts.

To identify, pursue, and close strategic sales opportunities, and to manage the roll-out and further penetration of these accounts.

To develop and implement a process to participate and respond efficiently to national tenders.

Key Accountabilities

  • Meet and exceed annual target revenue, profit, and unit growth.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective sales opportunities.
  • Manage and secure existing accounts, and penetrate new markets.
  • Meet and fulfill customer expectations and applications.
  • Manage, coordinate, and follow tender processes.
  • Identify, develop, and bring new accounts into contract.
  • Build internal and external relations through sales support, GE Finance, dealers, and aftermarket to influence support and maximize sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of complex solution selling and a structured sales approach.
  • Product, application, and industry knowledge.
  • Professional sales experience involving major accounts or corporations with proven results.
  • Creative and persistent business development skills.
  • Prospecting and negotiation with multiple points of influence.
  • Presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with responding to tender requests, national and pan-European.
  • Industry relevance - Government and Rental.
