Job Title: Senior Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Key Account Manager to join our team at EngineeringUK. As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our top priority account in Europe, working closely with our UK Sales team and reporting to the Head of Grocery based in Frimley.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a customer strategy to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Agree and execute yearly sales/in-store plans with customers to deliver sales, profit, and return on investment.
  • Proactively share updates and insights with the wider EngineeringUK business on customer strategy, performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Be a role model to the wider sales team, collaborating with others and coaching junior team members to achieve our goals and ambitions.
Requirements:
  • Solid account management experience in FMCG sales, leading a top 4 grocer.
  • Ability to devise and implement effective plans for customers and brands.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to inspire customers with storytelling and data-driven insights.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
