Job Title:

Business Support Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Office and the wider team, ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of our Sheffield office.
  • General typing and compilation of documentation from digital audio and hand-written copy using Word, Excel, Photoshop, and Adobe packages.
  • Online accounting administration, including registration of clients and instructions, production of invoices, and completion of files.
  • Assistance with organizing client events, social events, surveyor training, and national training events.
  • Ensure documentary compliance with company standards and client reporting requirements.
  • Coordinate team diaries, travel, and expenses.
  • Process expense claims.
  • Answer phone calls and deal with queries/messages as appropriate.
  • Photocopying, scanning, and binding documents.
  • Filing and archiving.
  • Organize meetings and refreshments.
  • Attend meetings and take minutes.
  • Maintain supplies of stationery and equipment.
  • Greet visitors.
  • Distribute daily post.
Essential Experience:

This position requires an experienced office administrator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who has previously worked in a corporate office environment, preferably with a property background. Proficiency in using the MS Office package is necessary.
