About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Clinical Therapist to join our Mental Health Team at HMP Downview. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological therapies to individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver evidence-based psychological therapies to individuals with a range of mental health conditions, including personality disorder and trauma.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals to ensure seamless care pathways.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of trauma-informed approaches and care pathways.
  • Participate in regular supervision and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
