Mental Health Administrator

At Schoen Clinic Newbridge, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mental Health and Referrals Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective coordination of mental health services.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the registration, admission, and treatment of patients detained under the Mental Health Act (MHA) 1983 amended 2007.
- Provide administrative support to the referrals team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of referrals received via NHS portal/private.
- Arrange hearings for Mental Health Tribunals and Hospital Managers Reviews, ensuring all parties are notified and relevant documentation is processed in accordance with MHA Code of Practice and procedures.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring effective and timely production, collation, and distribution of reports, minutes, and other relevant documentation.
- Provide general administration support as delegated by the PA/Lead Administrator.
- Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT systems.
- Self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to prioritize and schedule work independently.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical.
- Maintains a professional conduct at all times, remaining calm and in control.
