Main Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Schoen Clinic Newbridge. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will provide clinical care to inpatients, working closely with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Your duties will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health needs
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss patient progress and treatment plans

Key Requirements
