Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Launch Delivery Manager to join our team in London. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract that can be worked on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities

As a Launch Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for gathering, managing, and coordinating new and updated graphics & packaging projects for the client's brand portfolio.

You will co-ordinate the pack change process for all projects for the Client, including packaging artwork, artwork amends, repro, proofs, and all services provided by SGK.

Manage and maintain project and job status trackers, communicate key milestones and critical path timelines to all key stakeholders, and escalate any risks to critical path timelines as appropriate.

Briefing and Approval Process

You will collate 'accurate' briefs and submit to production centre, collate amends and brief to production centre, and co-ordinate and lead pre-artwork meetings with support of technical manager where appropriate.

You will advise on print and technical feasibility on all assigned projects with the direct support of the SGK Print Technical Team and Operational Teams.

Relationship Management

You will build, maintain, and develop effective and positive working relationships across the client and print supply chain, becoming a trusted advisor and enabling first-class service.

You will fully understand and appreciate the client's culture, reflect this in your behaviour and ways of working, and build and maintain an on-site relationship with the relevant marketing team and supporting departments with support of designated Account Director.

Requirements

You will have excellent organisational skills and a logical approach, demonstrate strong project management skills, remain calm under pressure, and have strong knowledge of FMCG print processes and packaging materials.

You will also have attention to detail, experience in using Microsoft Office, some experience/knowledge of Adobe products, and experience/knowledge of working with FMCG brands.

You will be a proactive, self-starter who can work independently/autonomously, appreciate cultural sensitivities, and have a good listener with strong empathy skills.

You will also have a strong process orientation, be a capable and effective leader who displays collaboration and teamwork, and have a strong and commanding presence internally to facilitate in driving results for client demands.
