Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our GPSD team at Capital Group. As a Project Manager in GPSD's Product Launch and Delivery, you will play a key role in leading the delivery of investment vehicle product launches and material product changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of product launches and material product changes through effective planning, organization, communication, implementation, and management of corresponding project teams.
  • Ensure connection to overall product strategy throughout the product lifecycle and focus on improving CG's launch and execution capabilities across Europe and Asia.
  • Partner with GPSD leaders to lead, develop, and oversee delivery of a portfolio of product development and launch initiatives aligned to strategic business plans.
  • Develop and analyze options to solve strategic business problems as it relates to product launches and product changes, including product management and implementation of regulatory obligations.
  • Contribute to the development of GPSD's launch and delivery center of excellence.
Requirements
  • Minimum of seven years of project management experience with a track record of successful execution of assigned projects to deliver business outcomes based on key drivers.
  • Experience working in the asset management industry and/or familiarity with a wide variety of investment products and vehicles.
  • Skilled communicator and facilitator of ambiguous and challenging discussions.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally to solve complex problems and influence others.
  • Previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery experience.
