Job Title: Launch Excellence Partner

We are seeking a highly experienced Launch Excellence Partner to join our team. As a key member of our launch excellence team, you will be responsible for building and delivering launch excellence programs, co-creating launch project plans with client teams, and providing strategic counsel and project support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement launch excellence strategies to drive client success
  • Collaborate with client teams to co-create launch project plans and ensure effective launch team governance and ways of working
  • Monitor and manage launch progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Provide strategic counsel and project support to clients, including coaching and training on launch excellence best practices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of launch excellence services
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a pharma commercialization launch team role, with a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical value chain
  • Proven track record of successful project management, with experience in launch planning and execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
