About the Role

HarbourVest Partners (U.K.) Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the launch of innovative new investment solutions for our clients. As a key member of the Strategy, Innovation, and Execution function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing multi-dimensional projects that drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the launch of new investment products from concept approval to first subscription
  • Develop a comprehensive plan to launch a new product, including establishing key dependencies and goals
  • Review and analyze legal and commercial documentation to ensure alignment with firm strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness for new products
  • Contribute to research and development of new product concepts
  • Share expertise and insights to inform firm-wide product strategy and planning
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in private markets or asset management, with a focus on product development and launch
  • Demonstrated excellence in implementing complex projects
  • Strong understanding of private equity and alternative investment funds
  • Familiarity with business models and legal structures
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
