Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Launch Excellence Partner to join our growing team. As a Partner, you will be involved in building and delivering launch excellence programs, co-creating launch project plans with client teams, and providing strategic counsel and project support to clients throughout their launch journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver launch excellence programs that drive client success
  • Co-create launch project plans with client teams, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and effective governance
  • Provide strategic counsel and project support to clients, including launch team initiation and project planning workshops, operational launch team meetings, and launch readiness reviews
  • Manage and track project progress, ensuring timely launch readiness and success
  • Collaborate with client teams to identify and address launch challenges, leveraging expertise in pharmaceutical ethics and compliance standards
  • Support the development of launch teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practice sharing
  • Contribute to the growth and development of Lumanity's launch excellence capabilities, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical commercialization launch teams, with a solid understanding of key milestones and deliverables across functions
  • Experience in launch requirements across the pharmaceutical value chain, including clinical development, regulatory, marketing, medical, market access, product supply, commercial excellence, and sales
  • 5+ years of successful project management experience, with a strong understanding of pharmaceutical ethics and compliance standards
  • Degree-level education in a life sciences discipline, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment, managing and partnering with cross-functional teams, and leveraging expertise in launch excellence frameworks, tools, and best practices
