We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialty Doctor in General Medicine to join our team at Remedium Partners. As a key member of our medical team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Comprehensive Medical Care: Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care and participate in clinical meetings, ward rounds, and case discussions.
  • Supervise and Mentor Junior Doctors: Provide guidance and support to junior doctors and medical trainees to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Lead On-Call Shifts: Take charge of on-call shifts and provide emergency medical care as needed to ensure the well-being of our patients.
  • Maintain Accurate Patient Records: Ensure that patient records are accurate, detailed, and compliant with NHS policies and data protection regulations.
  • Contribute to Quality Improvement: Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement projects, and research initiatives to enhance the quality of care and contribute to the success of our organization.
  • Engage in Continuing Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest medical practices and treatments through ongoing education and training.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Full GMC Registration: Hold full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) and a licence to practise.
  • IELTS or OET Qualification: Possess an IELTS or OET qualification.
  • Full MRCP: Hold full Membership of the Royal College of Physicians (MRCP).
  • Experience in General Medicine: Have experience in general medicine or related medical fields, with a strong understanding of clinical practices.
