About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Specialty Doctor to join our team at Cygnet Hospital Churchill, a leading provider of specialist mental health services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in shaping the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert medical leadership and guidance to junior staff members
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for patients with complex mental health needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care pathways and effective communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices
  • Supervise and mentor junior doctors to support their professional development

Requirements
  • Fully GMC registered and MBBS (or equivalent) qualified

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
