About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at The Channel Recruiter. As a Senior Sales Manager - IT Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Provide sales support and guidance to junior sales team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in IT sales, with a strong understanding of the IT channel and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions and services, including hardware, software, and managed services.
