Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join our team at SECRET SALES. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing financial business partnership, supporting the CFO on M&A activities, and analyzing market trends to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide finance business partnership to the senior leadership team
  • Support the CFO on M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning
  • Analyze and communicate P&L lines to identify volume, rate, and mix drivers to explain and challenge performance
  • Identify opportunities and risks with sufficient notice to influence the outcome
  • Deliver core finance processes, including month-end reporting, forecasts, budgets, and long-range planning
  • Provide analytical support to projects and new initiatives
  • Champion the usage of data across different teams, coach, and empower business partners to derive insights using self-service analytics tools and incorporate data as part of daily decision-making

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial finance role working for a fashion business
  • Strong financial analysis and management skills
  • Curious about the business and drivers of performance
  • Ability to describe complex ideas simply and to non-finance teams
  • Flexible attitude and forward-thinking nature
