About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for managing a team, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business strategy.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide expert advice on financial matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in commercial finance, preferably in a retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing a team and developing talent.
