Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Finance professional to join our team at Hays Senior Finance. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing strategic analysis and insights to support business growth and decision-making.

About the Role

  • Reporting into the CFO, you will be a key business partner across departments and with a range of stakeholders, providing high-level strategic analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
  • You will be responsible for building, mentoring, and growing a high-performing commercial team, overseeing the development of finance systems and processes to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • As a senior finance professional, you will have a proven track record of working in fast-paced and dynamic environments, guiding a team of finance professionals and providing expert advice to the business.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth, improving financial performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

About You

  • You will be an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with strong commercial experience within the advertising and marketing sectors, with a proven track record of working in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
  • You will have experience of board-level presentations, engagement, and acting as a market expert within the finance team.
  • You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, able to develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
