Job Title: Head of Commercial Finance

Job Summary:

Eton Bridge Partners Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Commercial Finance to join their team. As a key member of the leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the commercial finance function and providing strategic financial guidance to the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular financial reports to the Board, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and prices.
  • New Site Appraisals: Review and analyze new site proposals to ensure they meet financial and operational criteria.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and drive revenue growth.

Candidate Profile:

  • Chartered Accountant: Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/CA/CIMA/ACCA).
  • Hospitality Experience: Must have experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a commercial finance role.
  • Business Partnering Experience: Must have a track record of building relationships and influencing at all levels of seniority.
  • Commercial Acumen: Must be commercially minded and able to analyze complex financial data.
  • Problem-Solving: Must be able to identify and solve complex financial problems.
  • Technical Skills: Must have strong BI and ERP skills.
