Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of Finance to join our team at Harmonic Finance™ | Certified B Corp. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial function of our live entertainment and music events business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis
  • Mentor junior members of staff, including management accountants and finance assistants
  • Oversee events settlements and work closely with the CEO to build out commercial strategies
  • Business partner with other departments to improve profitability and contribute to the company's commercial strategy

Requirements:

  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified
  • Experience working in creative industries, including music, TV & film, hospitality, events, entertainment, and media
  • Knowledge of Xero
  • Experience working in the music, hospitality, or live entertainment industry (bonus)
