About the Role

Kings Place Music Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to lead the development, implementation, and review of our finance strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective management of the Finance department, including overall cash flow management and leadership of the Finance team.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate financial information reaches all stakeholders.
  • Developing and implementing financial strategies to drive business growth and sustainability.
  • Managing and maintaining financial relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, donors, and partners.
  • Providing financial guidance and support to the Executive Team and other departments.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, or ACA) with a track record of leadership in a senior finance role.
  • Experience of managing a team and leading financial planning and analysis.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance colleagues.
  • High level of commercial awareness and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Broad and deep knowledge of technical finance matters, including accounting processes.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £55,000 - £60,000 (depending on qualifications and experience).
  • Hybrid working model, with administrative work able to be done remotely.
