Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our team at WR Logistics in South London. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, developing, and leading your individual teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management: Manage, organize, develop, and lead your individual teams to ensure seamless operations and high productivity.
  2. Site Development: Develop and manage efficient areas in line with the site plan and key business plans to optimize warehouse operations.
  3. Performance Management: Develop and manage performance and service level compliance measures within each separate function to ensure agreed site SLA's are achieved.
  4. KPI Management: Develop, manage, and own functions KPI's, ensuring targets are fully met through the management and monitoring of teams' performance.
  5. Culture Development: Develop the team to ensure a culture of continuous improvement becomes common practice.
  6. Teamwork and Support: Encourage teamwork and a supporting environment in order to improve department performance.
  7. Coaching and Mentoring: Develop the team using a coaching/mentoring approach to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. Warehouse Management Experience: A strong background in Warehouse Management, within the food industry.
  2. People Management: Proven people management skills to lead and motivate teams.
