Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee the overall warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations and be ready to take on a new challenge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of warehouse operatives to meet operational goals.
  • Implement and maintain efficient stock control systems and procedures.
  • Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
  • Manage the warehouse layout and optimize space to accommodate business growth.
  • Procure and manage logistics and supply chain services to streamline operations.
  • Handle staff recruitment, training, and performance management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
  • A hands-on approach to managing day-to-day warehouse operations and driving improvements.
