Head of Marketing

Impact Recruitment I B Corp is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive demand generation, manage the marketing team, and align with the Sales Team and CCO to meet business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a marketing strategy focused on demand generation, leveraging digital channels and data-driven insights.
  • Lead and motivate the marketing team to deliver strong results, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Create and oversee multi-channel content strategy, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Oversee digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media, to drive website traffic and lead generation.
  • Conduct regular marketing and strategy reviews to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales to support commercial goals with effective marketing materials, including sales enablement and lead nurturing.
  • Manage the budget and external agencies to ensure campaigns are on time and within budget, optimizing ROI and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with marketing and competitor trends, applying insights to inform strategic decisions.

  • Proven experience in marketing leadership, with a track record of driving growth and innovation.
  • Strong digital marketing skills and team management experience, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and presentations.

This is a hybrid role with UK travel to company offices expected from time to time, offering a unique blend of flexibility and collaboration.
