Becketwell Arena is a state-of-the-art events complex located in the heart of Derby's city centre. With a capacity of up to 3,500 people, it is designed to host a variety of events, including corporate conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, concerts, comedy performances, family events, and sporting events.

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to spearhead local CRM, social, and digital marketing efforts. This pivotal role involves managing budgets, crafting captivating content, and bolstering marketing strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to implement innovative digital campaigns and build strong relationships with partners, promoters, and ticketing partners.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, focusing on CRM, social media, and digital campaigns.
  2. Oversee the creation and management of engaging content across social media platforms.
  3. Partner with internal teams to implement innovative digital campaigns.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, promoters, and ticketing partners.
  5. Manage marketing budgets and provide accurate ROI reporting.
  6. Lead the social media agency, ensure consistent branding, and seek collaboration opportunities with influencers and industry partners.
Requirements
  1. Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and their implementation.
  2. Experience with website or content management systems and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and MS Office (or similar tools).
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  4. Experience in creating digital content and managing social media accounts.
  5. Understanding of the entertainment industry and current trends.
  6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling various tasks.
  7. Familiarity with analytics tools to track and report on marketing campaign performance.
  8. Understanding of customer needs to create effective marketing solutions.
