CRM Relationship Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical CRM Coordinator to join our team at Blu Digital. As a key member of our CRM department, you will play a crucial role in retaining and increasing consumer loyalty across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention
- Develop and maintain reports to track campaign performance and customer behavior
- Collaborate with the CRM Apprentice to ensure seamless campaign execution and data analysis
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in CRM communications or a related field
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
