About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical CRM Coordinator to join our team at Blu Digital. As a key member of our CRM department, you will play a crucial role in retaining and increasing consumer loyalty across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute CRM campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention
  • Develop and maintain reports to track campaign performance and customer behavior
  • Collaborate with the CRM Apprentice to ensure seamless campaign execution and data analysis
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and drive growth

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM communications or a related field
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
