Department: Business Development

Compensation: Pension, Unlimited leave, Flexible working hours

Work Arrangement: Primarily remote with occasional office presence

Compensation Package: Up to £35,000 base salary with an additional £10,000 performance bonus

In the role of Client Relationship Manager, you will be tasked with assisting our existing clients in enrolling more participants in Corndel training programs, nurturing relationships with our key clients, and facilitating the initiation of new contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fostering the growth and advancement of Corndel
  • Assisting organizations in enrolling more individuals in our training programs
  • Maintaining relationships with key clients to help them achieve their strategic objectives
  • Supporting the onboarding of new accounts and learner groups
  • Coordinating and managing promotional communications
  • Monitoring the enrollment activities of learners
  • Creating and delivering presentations and proposals
  • Contributing to tender submissions as necessary

Required Experience and Skills:

Essential:

  • Outstanding relationship management capabilities
  • A proven history of delivering exceptional customer service, preferably in a B2B context
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High organizational proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • A drive to excel in a sales-oriented environment
  • A collaborative mindset to achieve shared goals

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with apprenticeships and funded training programs
