Residential Childcare Professional

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Residential Childcare Professionals. In this role, you will play a vital part in the lives of children, helping them develop essential life skills and achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to children, fostering their independence and well-being.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment where children feel supported and respected.
  • Implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care for the children in our homes.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the children's progress and well-being.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months of UK experience working with children and young people in a residential setting.
  • Full driving licence with access to your own vehicle is essential.
  • The legal right to work in the UK.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
