Position: Lead Childcare Support Specialist
Compensation: £25,833.60 per annum (additional sleep-in payments of £45 per night)
Work Schedule: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week, 2 days on followed by 4 days off, 8 am - 11 pm with sleep-in duties)
Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire
Requirements: A valid UK Driving Licence and access to a personal vehicle are essential.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of £25,833.60 per annum
- Sleep-in compensation of £45 per night

- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is required

About the Role:
As a Lead Childcare Support Specialist, you will join our dedicated team in Shrewsbury, working within our independent accommodation that supports young individuals facing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, as well as Complex Needs.
Our facility, Brookfield Place, accommodates up to three young people aged 13 to 15, focusing on empowering them to build promising futures through skill development and personal interests.
We pride ourselves on creating a friendly and engaging environment, where despite the challenges, we strive to provide rewarding experiences for both our residents and our team members.
