Lead Childcare Specialist

Salary:
£60,000 per annum (plus additional payments for overnight shifts at £45 each)

Employment Type:
Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week, with a schedule of two days on followed by four days off)

Requirements:
- A valid UK Driving Licence and access to a personal vehicle are essential.

Compensation Package:
We prioritize the well-being of our residents, offering a competitive salary structure that includes:
- Additional overnight shift payments: £45 per night

Work Schedule:
- Two days on, four days off

Qualifications:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
- A valid UK Driving Licence and access to a personal vehicle are essential.

Role Overview:
As a Lead Childcare Specialist at Outcomes First Group, you will be instrumental in supporting young individuals at our facility. You will work collaboratively with a dedicated team to assist three children aged between 11 and 15 years, helping them to cultivate essential life skills and enjoy enriching experiences that pave the way for their future success.

Location:
The position is based in a location that is easily accessible from various surrounding areas.
