About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Practitioner to join our team at BMC - Calcott in the Shropshire Region. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily needs of our residents, including accompanying them to appointments and activities
  • Complete relevant paperwork and documentation
  • Contribute to household tasks and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Engage our residents in activities and tasks that promote their personal growth and development
Requirements

  • Patience, resilience, and calmness in challenging situations
