Job Title: Residential Childcare Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Practitioner to join our team at Calcott Farm, a residential care facility in the Shrewsbury area.

About the Role

As a Residential Childcare Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting residents with daily tasks and activities, such as shopping and trips out
  • Completing relevant paperwork and documentation
  • Undertaking household tasks and maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Engaging residents in tasks and activities that promote their personal growth and development
