Join Our Team as a Childcare Support Practitioner
At Outcomes First Group, we are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Childcare Support Practitioners. This role is essential in providing care and support to young individuals in a nurturing environment.
Position Overview:
As a Childcare Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of life skills and creating enriching experiences for children aged 11 to 15 years. Your role will involve working collaboratively with a small team to ensure the well-being and growth of our residents.
Compensation:
The salary for this position is £23,920.00 per annum, with additional potential earnings from sleep-in shifts at £45 per night. This is a full-time, permanent position with a structured shift pattern of two days on and four days off.
Location:
This position is based in a supportive residential setting, easily accessible from various surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a personal vehicle.
- A genuine passion for making a positive impact in the lives of young people.
- Demonstrated patience, resilience, and a calm demeanor.
