The Role: Senior Residential Childcare Professional

We are seeking compassionate and experienced individuals to join our team as Senior Residential Childcare Professionals. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing nurturing care and support to children residing in our homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality residential care to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and emotional development.
  • Implement individualized care plans, tailored to the specific needs of each child.
  • Create a safe and supportive home environment that fosters positive relationships and personal growth.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including social workers, therapists, and educators, to ensure holistic support for the children in our care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to all relevant regulations and policies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 12 months experience working in a residential childcare setting.
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and best practices.
  • Commitment to Esland's values, including a therapeutic and person-centered approach to childcare.
  • Age 21 or above due to industry regulations.
