Salary:
£60,000 per annum (plus additional payments for overnight shifts)

Employment Type:
Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week, 2 days on, 4 days off - 8am to 11pm with overnight shifts)

Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a personal vehicle

Overnight Shift Compensation:
£45 per night

Work Schedule:
Two consecutive days of work followed by four days off

- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare is essential

- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a personal vehicle is mandatory

About Outcomes First Group:
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Care Practitioner to join our team. Our organization provides specialized support for vulnerable youth facing Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, as well as Complex Needs.

Our facility accommodates a small group of young individuals, offering a nurturing environment aimed at fostering personal growth and life skills development. We focus on empowering young people aged 13 to 15, helping them to create promising futures through various opportunities and interests.

Our facilities are designed to be welcoming and engaging, ensuring that while challenges may arise, our commitment remains towards creating fulfilling experiences for both the young people we support and our dedicated staff.

We prioritize the safeguarding and welfare of all individuals in our care. All successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive Enhanced DBS check, with reimbursement for the Update Service Fee.
