Senior Children's Residential Care Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Children's Residential Care Worker to join our team at Esland Care. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care and support to children in our residential care settings
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our care policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • Full driving license issued in the UK
  • Right to work in the UK with no restrictions
  • In-depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations and best practice
  • Values aligned with Esland Care's therapeutic and person-centered approach to childcare
  • Aged 21 or above
