Join Our Team as a Residential Childcare Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Childcare Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in our care.

About the Role:

As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for our young people. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each young person receives the support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to young people in our care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our team
  • Work closely with our therapists to ensure each young person receives the support they need
  • Forge meaningful relationships with young people and their families
  • Participate in shift work and rota basis
  • Hold a current valid full driving licence
  • Previous Residential Childcare experience is desirable
  • Possessing a Level 3 in Children's and Young People's Workforce is desirable
