We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Childcare Worker to join our team at Family Care Group. As a Residential Childcare Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for young people to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forge meaningful relationships with young people and their families
  • Work closely with the therapeutic team to ensure each young person receives the support they need
  • Contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities

Requirements:

  • Current valid full driving licence
  • Previous Residential Childcare experience (desirable)
  • Level 3 in Children's and Young People's Workforce (desirable)
  • Ability to work on a shift/Rota basis
  • Enhanced DBS certificate required upon appointment
