Position: Lead Childcare Specialist
Compensation: £25,833.60 per annum (additional sleep-in payments of £45 per night)
Work Schedule: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week, two days on, four days off)

Requirements: A valid UK Driving Licence and access to a personal vehicle are essential.

Your Role:
As a Lead Childcare Specialist at Outcomes First Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting young individuals at our facility. You will work closely with a small group of children aged 11 to 15, helping them develop essential life skills and enjoy enriching experiences that pave the way for their future success.
