We are a pioneering farm-to-table, eco-conscious dining establishment seeking a dedicated wine expert to become part of our dynamic pre-opening team. Rucola is devoted to sustainability and artistry, delivering an extraordinary culinary experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to create wine pairing recommendations
  • Offer tailored wine suggestions to patrons
  • Lead training sessions for team members
  • Manage the organization of the wine storage area
  • Interact with guests to gauge their preferences
  • Ensure maintenance of equipment under your care

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a wine expert
  • In-depth understanding of wine regions and varietals
  • Refined palate for identifying flavors
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Certification from recognized wine education institutions is preferred
  • Commitment to sustainability
  • Ability to collaborate effectively
