Job Description

Job Title: Senior Wine Educator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Wine Educator to join our team at Berkmann Wine Cellars. As a Senior Wine Educator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing bespoke training plans for key accounts, delivering tailored wine training sessions, and managing the WSET program for both internal and external candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement bespoke training plans for key accounts
  • Deliver tailored wine training sessions to hospitality staff
  • Manage the WSET program for both internal and external candidates
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and trade customers
  • Contribute to the development of wine education programs and materials
  • Collaborate with the Wine Training Manager to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' wine experience in an educator, front of house, or sales role
  • Confident and engaging communicator with excellent wine knowledge
  • Commercial understanding of working for a wine distributor
  • Minimum of WSET Level 3 in Wines and certified WSET Course Educator
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel around the UK on a regular basis
