Job Opportunity

Wine Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wine Sales Account Manager to join our team at Berkmann Wine Cellars. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients in the London on-trade sector, specifically with gastropubs and wine bars.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert knowledge and recommendations on our wine portfolio to clients
  • Work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in wine sales, preferably in the on-trade sector
  • WSET Level 2 certification or higher
  • Strong knowledge of wine, including wine regions, grape varieties, and wine production methods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
