Technical Trainer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at Shape IT Recruitment. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training experiences to both internal and customer teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis workshops to identify requirements, stakeholders, and training gaps.
  • Design and develop training courses, including lesson plans, training exercises, and materials.
  • Deliver training to internal teams and customers, ensuring a high level of engagement and understanding.
  • Create user and maintenance guides, ensuring clear, concise documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure effective course development.
  • Continuously assess and improve training programs based on feedback and performance.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Certificate in Education and Training.
  • Strong technical knowledge of VMWare, Dell Technologies, networking, MS Cloud, and ITIL.
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in delivering training to various technical audiences.
  • Ability to produce detailed training materials, user guides, and reports.
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team, adapting to evolving requirements.
  • Able to obtain SC Clearance.
