We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at SecureCloud+. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in supporting our internal and customer training needs, including identifying requirements, creating and delivering training materials, and producing User Guides.
Key Responsibilities- Training Needs Analysis
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis workshops to identify the training audience and stakeholders, roles associated with the subject of the training, and training gap analysis.
- Draft training objectives and produce a Training Needs Analysis report.
- Produce a Learning Specification for each course module detailing Training Objectives, Enabling Objectives, and Key Learning Points.
- Develop training exercises and produce training content, including presentations, handouts, and other training material.
- Set up training environments at SecureCloud+ premises and on Customer sites.
- Carry out post-training delivery assessment to ensure continual improvement.
- Produce User Guides and Manuals.
- Level 3 Certificate in Education and Training
- A working knowledge of the technologies used in our product set, including VMWare, Dell Technologies, Networking (Routers/Switches), User Acceptance Testing, MS Cloud, and ITIL v3/4 Foundation Certificate.
- Ability to establish and develop a new role within the organisation.
- Attention to detail and used to working to high levels of quality.
