Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer to join our team at SecureCloud+. As a Technical Trainer, you will play a critical role in supporting our internal and customer training needs, including identifying requirements, creating and delivering training materials, and producing User Guides.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Training Needs Analysis
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis workshops to identify:
  • The training audience and stakeholders.
  • The roles associated with the subject of the training.
  • The training gap analysis.
  • Draft training objectives.
  • Training options.
  • Produce a Training Needs Analysis report.
Training Design and Development
  • Develop a Learning Specification for each course module detailing Training Objectives, Enabling Objectives, and Key Learning Points.
  • Design and develop training exercises.
  • Produce training content, including presentations, handouts, and other training materials.
Training Delivery
  • Set up training environments at SecureCloud+ premises and on customer sites.
  • Conduct post-training delivery assessments to ensure continual improvement.
User / Support Documentation
  • Produce User Guides and Manuals.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Certificate in Education and Training
  • A working knowledge of the technologies used in our product set, including:
  • VMWare
  • Dell Technologies
  • Networking (Routers/Switches)
  • User Acceptance Testing
  • MS Cloud
  • ITIL v3/4 Foundation Certificate
  • Ability to establish and develop a new role within the organization.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work to high levels of quality.
